All cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment are non-refundable. Within 24-48 hours, you can reschedule your appointment. Cancellations 48 hours in advance of your appointment can be refunded. Please be considerate as Punam does not double book sessions and a lot of time is spent creating individualized material prior to each session.
